Meet Our Founder
John Cox, founder of Mountain Creek Homes, LLC, grew up in Easley, SC, where he was inspired by his father’s dedication to building homes with integrity. This early exposure to the world of construction ignited John’s passion for creating meaningful, quality spaces within his community. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and gaining over two decades of experience as a Project Manager at Land Planning Associates Inc., John decided to start his own company. His vision was to continue the family legacy of craftsmanship and build homes that reflect the same values of quality and care he witnessed as a child. Today, John remains committed to these principles, leading Mountain Creek Homes with a steadfast dedication to excellence and client satisfaction.
