How do I get started with my new home build or rebuild project?
- Step 1- Begin by reaching out to us through our contact form or giving us a call. We’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your vision, requirements, and the entire bidding and building process in detail.
- Step 2- We will set up an appointment in person to discuss your build location, architectural plans, design, etc. This will allow us to get a feel for your project and allow us to meet each other and evaluate if we are a good match to team up.
- Step 3- After discussing the details, we will provide a quote to estimate the project. This estimate will be a fully bid project with both vendors and subcontractors. If the project moves to a signed contract this estimating fee will be rolled into the project.
- Step 4- Acceptance of provided project cost estimate and contract.
- Step 5- Acquire permits and begin construction.
What areas do you serve?
Mountain Creek Homes is proud to serve clients in Greenville County, and surrounding areas. We generally serve an area approximately 30-35 miles out from the center of Greenville. Please contact us to confirm if your project is within our service area.
How long does it typically take to build a new home?
The timeline can vary based on the project’s complexity, size, and customization level. On average, a new build can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months from breaking ground to completion.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to collaborate with your architect or designer. Our team is also equipped to provide design services if you’re looking for a one-stop solution. During Step 2 of the bidding portion of the project we will discuss if you have already retained these services or would like us to help provide those for you.

Mountain Creek Homes provides a comprehensive warranty that covers structural integrity, materials, and workmanship. Specific details of the warranty will be provided during the consultation phase.
Are there options for customizing my home during the build process?
Yes, we offer a wide range of customization options to make your home truly yours. From interior finishes and fixtures to exterior design elements, we work closely with you to incorporate your personal style and preferences.
